TILT:

The heart of the system.  Tiltman tilt hitches are designed specifically for 1-3 tonne excavators.  The unique design, light weight minimal moving parts and compactness make this tilt head a very versatile essential to increase productivity of your excavator.

BUCKETS:

Tiltman buckets, either 1.1m or 700mm wide are designed with close proximity in mind.  The tapered sides allow you to dig right up to and alongside buildings without scraping the side of the bucket on the building.  They are strong, lightweight and hold a good quantity of material.  The 700mm bucket is superb for loading barrows for landscaping and landscapers.  Like all attachments, the buckets simply snap on and click off the tilt hitch making for very quick tool changeover.

GRAB:

This is a very versatile piece of equipment.  The grab is made of high tensile steel and has a top opening jaw.  Tiltman grabs are useful for a variety of jobs including loading trucks with green-waste, concrete, building materials, stumps and logs, shifting material around and holding logs to chainsaw up for firewood.  Once again, it is just a simple snap on, plug in, turn valve taps and away you go.

RAKE:

Tiltman reversible tine rakes are an essential part of the equipment line up.  The head turns over to either use the long or short tines.  Long tines are suitable for raking up green-waste, tree trimmings, dirt banks and ripping.  The short tines are fantastic for shifting gravel for driveways, paths etc and spreading topsoil for lawns and garden areas.  For a complete job, you can't go past a Tiltman landscaping rake.

ROOT SAW:

Designed for cutting roots and turf for easy removal of trees against buildings, pavers or concrete or cutting straight edges for dig outs.  Very versatile tool.

VALVES & FITTINGS:

Valve blocks are designed to fit on your auxiliary piping and have taps and your excavators original auxiliary couplings.  Simply turn the taps off to send the oil flow to the grab or other hydraulic attachment then back on again to use the tilt.  The fittings and hose are DIY set up and if you break a hose you can easily fit it yourself on site.

WELD ON PINS & BLANK PLATES:

Tiltman weld on pins are a good option for existing attachments to fit the tilt - simply remove the ears/pins from existing attachments and weld on these ones for a perfect fit and easy tool change over.  There are also blank plates for the grab so you have an option to put your own pins/ears onto the grab to fit your existing hitch without having to purchase a tilt.
